We provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia to bring our customers the best value and service.

Worldwide shipping – Over 200 countries

We proudly ship internationally. However, there are some locations where shipping is not available. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you.

Lost or missing packages

SparklingBag™ is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If an error occurs on our end, we will resend your order at no additional cost.

Customs & Import Duties

Custom fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs charges may be required upon delivery. SparklingBag™ is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

Estimated shipping times
• USA & Europe: 5 – 10 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days

(This does not include the 1-3 day processing time. Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance delays.)

Tracking information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. In some cases, tracking may not be available due to shipping provider policies.  You can track your order using this link: Track Your Order

Why does my tracking say “No information available”?

Some shipping carriers take 1-3 business days to update tracking details. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and tracking information is still missing, please contact us.

Will my items arrive in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was selected.
